2. Operator

Beacon YouTube Automation is operated by:

Beacon Media Group, Inc.

3. Authorized Use Only

Users may connect only Google/YouTube accounts and channels they are legally authorized to access or manage. Unauthorized channel access is prohibited.

4. User Responsibility

Authorized users remain responsible for the videos they publish, the metadata they approve, and for copyrights, licenses, trademarks, music rights, creator permissions, channel-policy compliance, and YouTube-policy compliance. The application does not transfer responsibility for content ownership.

5. Prohibited Use

The following are prohibited:

• Unauthorized account access
• Spam
• Abusive automation
• Fraudulent activity
• Copyright infringement
• Impersonation
• Deceptive content
• Illegal activity
• Manipulation designed to violate YouTube policies
• Circumventing YouTube enforcement or restrictions
• Automated behavior that violates applicable platform rules

6. Third-Party Services

Beacon YouTube Automation depends on third-party services including Google and YouTube APIs. Availability and functionality may be affected by API changes, policy changes, outages, quotas, authentication requirements, account restrictions, and platform enforcement. Uninterrupted third-party access is not guaranteed.

7. OAuth Authorization

Google OAuth permissions are granted to Beacon YouTube Automation by the user and may be revoked by the user at any time through their Google Account settings.

8. Suspension / Termination

Beacon Media Group, Inc. may disable access to Beacon YouTube Automation where necessary for misuse, security, abuse, unauthorized activity, legal or compliance obligations, or operational integrity.

9. No Guarantee

Beacon Media Group, Inc. does not guarantee uninterrupted API availability, successful uploads every time, channel growth, revenue, rankings, monetization, engagement, or immunity from platform enforcement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beacon Media Group, Inc.'s liability arising from or relating to the use of Beacon YouTube Automation is limited. Neither party shall be liable to the other for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of revenue or profits, arising out of or in connection with the use of the application, except as expressly required by law.

11. Indemnification

Authorized users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beacon Media Group, Inc. from and against claims, damages, losses, and liabilities arising out of unauthorized use, policy violations, infringement, or unlawful use of the application by such authorized users.

12. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Beacon YouTube Automation following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
