The short version: we collect only what you send us through our forms or by email, use it to reply, and don’t sell it.
01Who we are and what this covers
Beacon Media Group, Inc. (“Beacon”, “we”, “us”), a company based in St. Petersburg, Florida, runs this website at beaconmediagroupinc.com. This policy explains how we handle the information you give us through the site’s inquiry forms and by email. It doesn’t cover TikTok, TikTok Shop or any other platform, which have their own policies.
02What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us:
- Brand inquiry (Brands and TikTok Shop Management pages): business name, category, where your TikTok Shop is today, your monthly GMV band, the services you’re interested in, and your email.
- Creator interest (Creators page): your handle, main platform, audience size band, main content category, your email, and your confirmation that you’re 18 or older. We don’t ask for a home or shipping address.
- Shop Sizer “Send My Numbers” (homepage): the monthly orders, average order value and growth goal you entered, the simple totals calculated from them, and your email.
- With every form submission: the page it came from, the date and time, a reference number, the consent wording you agreed to, your browser’s user-agent text, and a one-way scrambled (salted hash) version of your network (IP) address. We use the scrambled version only to slow down spam; we don’t store your IP address itself.
- Email: if you email us, including through the site’s “email draft” buttons, we receive whatever you include in that email.
Numbers you enter in the Shop Sizer stay in your browser unless you press Send My Numbers or email them to us. The shop audit preview doesn’t look at your shop and sends nothing; it only prepares an email for you.
03What we don’t collect
The site doesn’t take payments or ask for passwords. Our own site code sets no advertising or analytics cookies and no tracking pixels. It uses your browser’s session storage for one technical note that helps a page recover after a site update.
04TikTok Shop and Beacon OS
Beacon OS is Beacon’s TikTok Shop app for the sellers we manage. It is not yet active: no TikTok or TikTok Shop account is connected through this site, and we don’t receive or store TikTok Shop data through it. If TikTok sends a browser back to our site after an authorization attempt, our server reads that response only to show a status page and doesn’t store or display the authorization details.
Before Beacon OS begins processing any TikTok Shop data, we will update this policy to describe what data it uses, why and for how long. Any connection will require the seller’s own authorization on TikTok.
05How we use it
- To read and reply to your inquiry, and to prepare a proposal or assess creator fit if you ask us to.
- To keep a record of what you sent and what you agreed to.
- To protect the forms from spam and abuse.
- To meet legal obligations.
We don’t sell your information, and sending an inquiry doesn’t add you to a mailing list. We won’t send you marketing emails unless you separately agree to them.
06Who helps us run the site
We use a small number of service providers, who handle information only to provide their service to us:
- Lovable hosts this website and the secure database where form submissions are stored.
- Google Workspace runs our business email, so emails you send us are stored there.
- Google Fonts delivers the site’s typefaces. Your browser requests them from Google, which receives your IP address as part of that request.
- Our hosting provider keeps routine technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to operate and secure the site.
The site doesn’t offer online booking today. If we add a scheduling or other service that receives your information, we’ll name it here before it goes live.
07How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records only for as long as we need them for the purposes in this policy: to respond to you, to manage any relationship that follows, to keep a record of your consent, to protect the forms from abuse, and to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations. When a record is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete it.
You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time by emailing support@beaconmediagroupinc.com. We’ll delete it unless we need to keep it to meet a legal obligation, in which case we’ll tell you.
08Keeping it safe
Forms are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Submissions are stored in a database that visitors can’t read; only Beacon’s server can write to it, and only people authorized by Beacon can view it. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect so there’s less to protect.
09Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details you sent us. Email support@beaconmediagroupinc.com and include your reference number if you have it. We may need to confirm the request came from you. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law; we’ll respond to requests in line with the law that applies to you.
10Age requirements
This site is meant for businesses and adult creators. It isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us details, email support@beaconmediagroupinc.com and we’ll delete them.
The creator interest form is only for creators who are 18 or older; submitting it includes confirming you are.
11Where it’s processed
Beacon is based in the United States. Your information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate.
12Changes and contact
