Terms of Service
Effective and last updated
Plain-language terms for using this website. Paid work is always covered by its own written proposal and signed agreement.
01About these terms
These terms apply to your use of beaconmediagroupinc.com, run by Beacon Media Group, Inc. (“Beacon”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the details you send us.
02Our services are proposal-based
The site describes the agency services Beacon offers. Nothing on it is an offer you can accept. Any work starts only after a written proposal and a signed agreement, which then govern that work. Pricing depends on scope, creator count, production needs and duration and is set out in that proposal.
No results, earnings or performance are guaranteed, including sales, views, GMV or creator participation.
03Goals, tools and imagery
- Goal figures on the site (such as $50M monthly GMV, 200 brand partners and 4,000 creators) are future targets. They are ambitions, not results achieved.
- The Shop Sizer does simple arithmetic on the numbers you enter. It isn’t a forecast, financial advice or a promise of results.
- The shop audit preview doesn’t inspect your shop or score it; a person reviews it only if you email us.
- Campaign, creator and product imagery is illustrative, not evidence of Beacon clients or relationships.
- Beacon OS, our TikTok Shop app, is in development. No TikTok account can be connected to it through this site yet, the terminal on the Agencies page is a simulated demonstration, and no software access is offered on this site.
04TikTok Shop Partner status
Beacon is an independent agency and an approved U.S. TikTok Shop Partner (Partner Center, Full Service Management). That status covers our agency services, not Beacon software, and doesn’t mean TikTok endorses Beacon or guarantees any result. TikTok and TikTok Shop are trademarks of their respective owners.
05Creator network
The creator network is open only to creators who are 18 or older, and submitting the creator interest form includes confirming you are. Expressing interest doesn’t mean automatic acceptance; we review fit for every creator. Creator arrangements are non-exclusive by default, and income you earn independently stays yours. Beacon’s 20% applies only to Covered Opportunities as defined in a signed creator agreement; it isn’t a fee charged to sellers. All arrangements are subject to a signed agreement, and we encourage independent legal review where appropriate. No earnings or opportunities are guaranteed.
06What you send us
When you use a form or email us, please give accurate information that you’re entitled to share. Don’t send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information. We may decline any inquiry, and sending one doesn’t create an agreement or obligation for either side.
07Using the site fairly
Don’t misuse the site: no spam or automated submissions, no attempts to break, overload or probe its security, and no use that breaks the law or others’ rights.
08Our content
The site’s text, design, Beacon name and marks, bee mascot and imagery belong to Beacon or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use, but not copy or reuse them commercially without our permission.
09Other websites
Links to other sites, including TikTok and email services, are for convenience. We’re not responsible for their content or practices.
10Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, and we don’t promise it will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, Beacon isn’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law. Signed agreements for paid work set out their own terms.
11Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you have a concern, please email support@beaconmediagroupinc.com first so we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that can’t be resolved that way will be decided by a court with proper jurisdiction under applicable law. If you have a signed agreement with Beacon, its dispute terms apply to the work it covers.
12Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. Questions? Email support@beaconmediagroupinc.com or write to us at the address below.
